SENIOR PARKING / PAINTING OF SENIOR SPACES (Ms. Elliott)

- Each Senior must bring his or her PHUHS parking permit to purchase a spot. If you do not have the parking permit with you, you will not be able to purchase your spot.
- Sales will start at 6:15 every morning.
- Senior spots will be handed out during the week of September 12-16. Students will need to bring their PHUHS parking permits to receive their Senior Parking Decals.
- Our parking lot was due to be resurfaced in December, but it was not done. Painting of the senior spots will be rescheduled.

GRAD BASH ticket sales
- Price: $105

- If tickets do not sell out before the sale period ends, the last day of the sale is final. No tickets can be sold after February 17. The sale ends at the end of second lunch.
- We have five buses with 250 spots. Once all buses are filled, no more tickets will be sold.
- Cash (exact change only), checks, bank checks, and money orders accepted
- No ticket will be sold without the completed mandatory paperwork:
Pinellas County Field Trip Permission Form for Grad Bash - All students must have parent/guardian signatures, even those who are 18 years of age.
- No actual tickets are given until students are on the buses going to the event
- The receipt is proof of purchase. Bring photo I.D. to the event.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
GRAD BASH ticket waiting list (if sell-out occurs)
- If tickets sell out before the sale period ends, students who were not able to buy a ticket may sign up for a waiting list with Mrs. Bauck in 6-103.
- These students will be considered in the order they are listed if a spot opens up (see GRAD BASH TICKET TRANSFERS).
- The students should have all paperwork signed and payment ready, and they should check with Mrs. Bauck the week of the event.
- The deadline for ticket transfers is one day before the event, by the end of the school day.
- Students who purchase someone else's ticket must take that person's place on the original bus assignment.
GRAD BASH bus sign-up
- Students must ride a chartered bus with the rest of the group. No private cars are permitted.
- Students sign up for a bus when they purchase a ticket.
- Students who do not sign up for a bus will be randomly assigned.
- Students may not change their bus assignment once they sign up.
- Students who purchase someone else's ticket (see GRAD BASH TICKET TRANSFERS) must take that person's place on the original bus assignment.

- Students who wish to sell their Grad Bash ticket to another PHUHS senior on the waiting list (see GRAD BASH TICKET WAITING LIST):
- See Mrs. Bauck - deadline is April 26, 2012 (the day before the event) by the end of the school day.
- Students who buy someone else's ticket must submit the appropriate paperwork to Mrs. Bauck at least one day before the event.
- The exact ticket price must be exchanged in the presence of Mrs. Bauck and a document must be signed by both parties.
- Tickets cannot be transferred without following this procedure.

- Location: Innisbrook Resort, Stirling Hall
- Check-in begins at 8:00 a.m.
- Plan to arrive early, as all vehicles must pass through the security gate to receive a permit and a map
- Bring photo I.D.
- No tickets will be sold at the door
SENIOR BREAKFAST bus sign-up
- There will be a chartered bus available for ~40 students to ride to the breakfast and back to campus
- Students must sign up for the bus when they purchase a ticket
- The bus leaves the bus circle at 7:30 a.m. Be there by 7:15 for check-in.

- This is the slide show for the entire senior class. If you are submitting pictures somewhere else for the IB or CWMP senior celebrations, that is not related to this.

GRADUATION PHOTOGRAPHY by Bob Knight Photo
- Every graduate will be photographed during the graduation ceremony. Please pre-register your email and mailing information in order for Bob Knight Photo to be able to contact you with your proofs and ordering information after the ceremony. Your proofs will be available within 24 hours of the event. There is no obligation to purchase. You can pre-register your information and up to six loved ones by visiting the "Grad Trak" web site.
